Define stoicism definition – this is a philosophic point of view claiming that if a person is well educated and good in heart he or she will not have bad emotions. Stoicism definition teach us that if we make the right choices in life we will not fail and the result will be that we will not feel depressed, sad or useless.

Stoicism is not only a dictionary definition. It defines another way of living. Everyone have the option to choose his destiny in this life, it means that we have the freedom to do whatever we want and nothing will block us from doing it. However, we need to do things that are harmonic to the nature. Therefore the ultimate goal is to reach whatever we want but on the same time to develop our surroundings in the most positive way. It is also well documented that when we are happy, it is a sign that we are going in the right road of life and that we should continue doing it. Sadness is the symptom of failure, the wrong direction and finally the ultimate destruction which is death.

Because we are dealing with emotions when it come to the stoicism definition, we have another closer meaning for this term, which to suffer very hard inside but not showing it on the outside. The main purpose of Stoicism is to control emotions at any circumstances. Because if we would then they will erupt and we will lose control on our life, like a car that is driving crazy down the hill, going to fall from the mountain at anytime.

Good and bad are blend together in this definition. For example, we might have problems during our years here on earth – this is what the universe has given us. But we have the free will to choose how to deal with it and we should choose to be happy no matter what is going on.
